Seankingston and his mother are facing charges of fraud in a $1M- Tsh. 2.6 billion+ business and if they are found guilty in those charges, they may be sentenced to 20 years in Prison.
The music star and his mother #JaniceTurner were arraigned following their arrests in May, charged with six offences one of fraudulent conspiracy and five of defrauding car dealerships and valuables using fake documents.
