Tanzania Ambassador in Vienna, H.E. Naimi S.H. Aziz welcomed Mr. Charles E. Kichere, Controller and Auditor General of Tanzania (CAG) and his delegation who visited Tanzania Mission in Vienna on 10th October 2025. CAG Kichere was in the area of accreditation where he attended the 23rd EWGEA Annual Meeting 2025 (the EUROSAI Working Group on Environmental Auditing) held in Bratislava, Slovakia from 7th – 10th October 2025.

The CAG’s visit at the Embassy coincided with the visit by Mr. Swalehe Chondoma, Chief Accountant of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of Tanzania who is in Vienna for an official working visit.

The coinciding visits provided the three office bearers with great opportunity for exchange of views on array of issues of interest to Tanzania’s participation in the EUROSAI events.
