They were Ambassadors Anouar Ben Youssef (Tunisia), Patricio Alberto Aguirre Vacchieri (Chile), Luis Alejandro Levit (Argentina) and Romy Sonia Tincopa Grados (Peru).

Others were Sabit Subasic, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Ambassador Joan Thomas Edwards, High Commissioner of Jamaica.
